Job summary

Marmon Group LLC’s Marmon Metal Services seeks a hands‑on Director of Data and Analytics to lead our enterprise data strategy and deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will oversee data platforms, models, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting while partnering with executives to translate needs into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include governing data quality, security, and documentation; leading a small analytics team; and driving self‑service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, business analytics, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or enterprise data; 3–5 years leading teams or cross‑functional work.
• Hands‑on with Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, SQL, data models, pipelines, reporting; ERP integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Lead architecture, development, deployment, and support of scalable data platforms and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into analytics solutions; drive governance, security, and documentation.
• Build and mentor a small analytics/BI team and promote self‑service analytics.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and apply advanced analytics and AI.
