Head of Data Solutions + Implementations
Our Data Solutions team leads new customer implementations and assists our sales team with product demos. We're seeking an experienced leader to scale our implementation processes as we grow rapidly.

The basics
- The product: We're building a metrics-first finance and billing platform that helps B2B SaaS leaders invoice customers, tell their ARR story, and track revenue—regardless of contract complexity.
- What does the Data Solutions team do? The team combines implementing data integrations with hands-on customer work. We value technical and analytical skills along with empathy and a customer-first attitude. (Note: this is not strictly a data engineering or customer success role.)
- The role you'll play:
- Lead and expand an existing team of 5 Data Solutions members.
- Review and improve our implementation strategies for scalability, including process revamps, tooling, and resource allocation, leveraging your prior experience with data-heavy client implementations.
- Be part of the leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with founders Sidharth Kakkar and Michelle Lee.
- Shape and build our organization with significant autonomy, defining best practices to benefit customers and teammates.
- Get hands-on initially by running client implementations end-to-end to understand the team's work.

Our interview process
We prioritize transparency and assess your leadership, scaling, and communication skills, primarily through asynchronous methods:
- Brief initial phone call (~15 mins) to discuss your experience and the role.
- Strategic planning exercise for scaling implementations and hiring strategies.
- Excel/SQL problem-solving exercise.
- Deep dive interview with our CEO.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS implementations.
- 3+ years working with SaaS finance data, especially revenue, invoicing, and ARR analytics.
- 3+ years managing teams of more than 5 people.
- Deep understanding of software product development processes.
Bonus points
- Familiarity with GLs, CRMs, and payment processing software.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- SQL expertise.
