Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science, ML engineering, or data platform engineering.
• 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven delivery of production data/AI platforms with architecture and ownership.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and cloud delivery (ETL/ELT, data quality, MLOps).

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures and standards for data/AI platforms (security, scalability, cost).
• Lead cross-functional teams to ship and operate production systems.
• Establish organization-wide modeling and simulation practices with quality dashboards.
