Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Director of Data Science and AI to drive growth across industries, lead strategic advisory, and shape AI offerings. You will work with client account leads to identify opportunities and align Cayuse capabilities with market needs.

The role requires deep expertise in data science, AI, and business development, with a focus on strategic sectors like Resources and Technology. Remote-friendly, with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data science, AI/ML, and technology strategy with leadership roles.
• Proven track record in leading or contributing to RFP/RFI responses for federal, state, local, and commercial clients.
• Established thought leadership in data science and AI through professional experience or publications.
• Strong understanding of AI policies, responsible AI frameworks, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Data and AI expert for business development initiatives with client account leads.
• Lead the creation of Data and AI content for RFPs and RFIs across multiple markets.
• Develop go-to-market materials and reusable content for AI offerings and case studies.
• Advise business units and shape tailored Data and AI offerings for markets and clients.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation could improve internal processes.
