Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Director of Data Science and AI to lead the growth of our Data and AI initiatives across multiple industries. You will partner with client account leads to shape solutions, engage clients, and pursue opportunities while ensuring our capabilities meet evolving client needs and market demands.

The role emphasizes leadership, advisory input to business units, and the development of AI offerings for targeted sectors.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in data science, AI/ML, and technology strategy with leadership focus.
Proven track record in leading or contributing to RFP/RFI responses for government and commercial clients.
Established thought leadership in data science and AI through publications or advisory roles.
Strong understanding of federal AI policies and responsible AI frameworks.
Must be able to pass a background check; additional checks may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and proposal support for Data and AI initiatives across targeted industries.
Create Data and AI content for RFPs/RFIs and develop go-to-market materials.
Identify opportunities within existing contracts and client engagements; advise business units.
Collaborate with internal leaders to tailor Data and AI offerings for markets and clients.
Drive growth in Data and AI business in Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Tech sectors.
