Qualifications

• Senior experience in machine learning, data science, data engineering, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong statistical, technical, and experimental judgment.
• Experience taking data or model work from discovery into production.
• Ability to connect technical work to revenue, customer, risk, or operating outcomes.
• Clear communication with executives, engineers, analysts, and nontechnical partners.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science strategy, experimentation, model quality, and a high-performing team.
• Set the technical direction for data, ML, or AI initiatives.
• Turn business priorities into measurable models, data products, experiments, and production systems.
• Establish standards for data quality, evaluation, privacy, and responsible model use.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, and business leaders on implementation and adoption.
• Communicate tradeoffs, limitations, and results clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop team capability through hiring, mentoring, documentation, and repeatable operating practices.
