Job summary

The IRONMAN Group is seeking a Director, Data Platforms to define, build, and run the enterprise data platform with Snowflake as the core foundation. You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology to enable analytics and trusted data across enterprise and athlete-facing domains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architecture, governance, and analytics enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define data platform strategy and architecture centered on Snowflake.
• Own Snowflake environments, security model, and cost management.
• Oversee ingestion of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, finance, inventory).
• Ensure reliable, documented data pipelines.
• Establish development standards, CI/CD, and operational support models.
• Own the data and analytics foundation for core Enterprise KPIs.
• Partner with business leaders to define, standardize, and certify enterprise metrics.
