With responsibilities including defining data strategies, advising the CTO, and establishing a data-first culture, the ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in data engineering or analytics and a strong background in media or fintech.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform architecture, or analytics infrastructure.
• Proven track record designing and scaling petabyte-level data platforms in high-traffic environments.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term data platform strategy aligned with company goals.
• Advise on data architecture, investments, and organizational structure.
• Lead platform architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving layers.
