EndeavorB2B is seeking a hands-on Data Platform Leader to own the strategy, architecture, implementation, and commercialization of our enterprise data platform. You will craft a multi-year roadmap, build scalable data models, and establish governance across a multi-brand ecosystem.

As a senior leader, you will partner with Digital, Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, Editorial, and operations to transform audience data into strategic business assets and new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or enterprise data strategy.
• Hands-on experience building and managing enterprise cloud data platforms (Snowflake).
• Experience with data governance, ETL/ELT design, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead build-out and modernization of a centralized cloud data platform.
• Define data strategy and governance, enabling analytics, audience intelligence, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security to ensure compliant data practices.
• Support AI-powered audience intelligence and data monetization strategies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
