Job summary

LocalStack is seeking a Senior Data leader to build and evolve a self-service data platform supporting Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. You will define data quality standards, SLAs/SLOs, and monitoring, while driving incident response.

Lead quarterly data OKRs and shape a balanced roadmap, mentoring and growing the Data team through structured feedback and hiring. The role is globally remote with a strong emphasis on ownership, care, and excellence, and requires strategic vision and hands-on

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on data engineering and analytics experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with experience in Snowflake and real-time analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.
