Job summary

Beale Infrastructure is seeking a VP of Quality & Commissioning (QCx) to lead the operational integrity and handover excellence of its global data center portfolio, ensuring uptime and Day 1 optimization. This executive oversees the QCx strategy, builds a world-class team, and aligns tenant requirements with field execution.

You will drive global quality governance, select commissioning partners, and ensure effective risk management and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in QCx Leadership or MEP Management.
• 5+ years specifically in Data Center or Mission-Critical environments.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing multi-disciplinary technical teams across geographic regions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end QCx delivery roadmap from design through to substantial completion and tenant handover.
• Lead recruitment and development of internal QCx professionals for a scalable global team.
• Lead strategic selection of third-party Commissioning Agents and manage end-to-end RFP processes.
• Act as primary technical stakeholder for tenant lease negotiations and technical work letters.
• Develop, maintain and evolve global quality standards, specifications and tooling.
• Collaborate with Design and Pre-Construction to bake Design-for-Testability into early plans.
• Provide transparent, real-time visibility into commissioning progress and risk mitigation.
• Lead lessons learned to improve future project specifications and execution.
