Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and executive reporting; proficient in R/Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data analytics strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and BI developers.
• Define data analytics standards, governance, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee selection and management of analytics tools and visualization platforms.
• Manage data analytics projects, integrations, and visualizations.
• Monitor performance metrics, data quality, and user adoption.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance controls.
• Stay informed on analytics trends and technologies through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and align with KPIs.
