Qualifications

• Продвинутый SQL, Python и BI-системы.

• Навыки построения и поддержки пайплайнов данных: интеграция источников (MMP, события приложений, веб, платежи).
• Умение работать с API и внешними системами.
• Уровень английского — не ниже B1+ (устный и письменный).
• Умение анализировать ситуации и принимать обоснованные решения.
• Ответственность и проактивность, способность работать в кросс-функциональной среде.
• Опыт работы с мобильными продуктами (VPN, eSIM) в подписочных/транзакционных моделях — плюсом.

Responsibilities

• Реализация хранилищ данных, ETL/ELT и BI.
• Контроль качества данных.
• Интеграция данных из мобильных приложений, MMP и веба для построения модели поведения пользователей.
• Построение моделей unit-экономики (CAC-LTV) и прогнозирование ключевых показателей.
• Разработка и анализ A/B-тестов, расчёт статистической значимости.
• Анализ использования функций продукта и влияния на удержание и причины оттока.
• Анализ эффективности каналов привлечения и поиск точек роста в воронках маркетинга.
• Генерация и проверка гипотез для увеличения конверсии и монетизации на всех стадиях жизненного цикла.

Toggle is a product company building eSIM and VPN solutions for global connectivity across all major platforms, including mobile, desktop, and TV. We are looking for a Head of Data Analytics to join our team as product metrics architect. This specialist will not only build analytics but also directly impact product profitability by transforming raw data into growth hypotheses and data driven decisions.

Задачи

• implementation of storage systems, ETL/ELT processes and BI.
• Data quality control;
• integrating data from mobile applications (iOS/Android), MMP and Web to obtain an event model at all stages of the user's lifecycle;
• building unit economics models (CAC - LTV), prediction of key indicators (LTV, revenue, conversions, retention), developing scenario models (best/base/worst case scenario);
• development and analysis of A/B tests in product and marketing, development of a calculator of statistical significance and forecasting of results;
• analysis of the product feature usage, their impact on retention and the reasons for churn;
• analyzing the efficiency of acquisition channels, searching for growth points in marketing funnels;
• generating and testing hypotheses to increase conversion and monetization at all stages of the user's lifecycle.

• experience in building predictive models, ML approaches;
• practical experience in designing and building analytical infrastructure;
• strong skills in building and maintaining data pipelines: integrating data sources (MMP, app events, web, payments);
• working with APIs and external systems.
