Job summary

• Advanced degree required; experience translating science priorities into data/tech strategy.
• Experience defining multi-year data/AI roadmaps for pharma/biotech.
• Strong leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and own prioritisation of data, technology, AI, and automation portfolios for R&D.
• Develop integrated capability, portfolio, and investment strategy aligned with scientific priorities.
• Translate priorities into multi-year roadmaps with ownership, milestones, and adoption measures.
• Sponsor and oversee portfolio progress, with escalation of risks or delivery issues.
• Communicate strategy and value to senior stakeholders and external partners.
