Brillio seeks an Engineering Manager – AI/GenAI to lead enterprise AI solutions for healthcare clients. The role combines hands-on AI/ML leadership with architectural oversight and client collaboration.

You will steer AI product development, governance, and delivery across cloud platforms, data engineering, and MLOps to production readiness. You will manage diverse engineering teams, drive architecture reviews, and ensure robust, scalable, and secure AI systems in a client-facing, consulting

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.
12+ years of technology/engineering experience.
5+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML and/or Generative AI programs.
Strong software engineering and architecture foundation.
Cloud experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with Agile software development and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

Lead architecture, engineering, deployment of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
Provide technical leadership across AI/ML, GenAI, data engineering, cloud and APIs.
Guide teams on architecture, scalability, security, and reliability.
Review designs to ensure enterprise standards and quality.
Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex challenges.
Ensure prototypes translate into production-grade solutions.
Oversee delivery from discovery to production, with milestones and releases.
Build and mentor globally distributed cross-functional teams.
