Job summary

Takeda in Cambridge, MA seeks a Head of DQS DD&T to lead data, AI, and technology strategy for R&D Data & Quantitative Sciences. You will partner with DQS leadership to align a technology roadmap with pipeline decision-making, trial design, and regulatory processes, while overseeing the end-to-end technology portfolio, ensuring compliance and enabling scientists with data platforms and AI tools.

• 12+ years in pharma/biotech R&D tech with leadership and budgets.
• Partner with biometrics, data science, and scientific stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of GxP, validation, and data integrity.
• Familiar with regulatory submission workflows and AI in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DQS leadership to develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with pipeline decision-making, trial design, and regulatory processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end technology portfolio ensuring reliability, validation, and compliance.
• Drive transformation applying AI and automation across clinical data workflows.
• Enable scientists with data platforms, AI tools, and model deployment capabilities.
• Lead a global team, manage budgets and external vendors.
• Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and inspection readiness.
