Job summary

Takeda Cambridge seeks a Head of Analytical Data & Statistics to lead the AD&S function from our Cambridge office. You will set statistical standards, oversee data architecture, and drive adoption of modern analytics tools to inform program decisions and resource planning.

As a senior leader, you will mentor the team, partner with cross‑functional groups, ensure regulatory compliance, and translate complex analyses into decision‑ready insights for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in statistics, biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Extensive experience with statistical analysis and data management in biotech/pharma.
• Leadership experience overseeing analytics teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytical Data & Statistics team and deliver high-quality analysis.
• Develop and govern statistical methods and analysis plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into study design and decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and governance of data standards.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities in statistics and analytics.
