Global Relay seeks a Director, Cyber Security Operations to lead the security operations, incident response, and threat management functions. You will shape the strategy, operating model and maturity path, partnering with executives and engineering teams to align security with business priorities.

You will drive governance, metrics and continual improvement while building a high-performing team and ensuring regulatory alignment across ISO/NIST frameworks.

Formación

• 8-10+ years in Cyber Security with leadership in Security Operations.
• CISSP required, or to be obtained within 12 months of start date.
• Experience building and maturing SOC in complex, highly available enterprise environments.
• Ability to develop strategy, operating models, and capability roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and vulnerability prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, cloud security and analytics.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap and maturity plan for Security Operations.
• Lead Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Threat Intelligence Operations.
• Establish operational governance, performance measures and executive reporting.
• Provide executive leadership during significant cyber incidents and crises.
• Ensure security technologies are operated to achieve business outcomes.
• Partner with Security Architecture & Technology to define requirements for new capabilities.
• Develop workforce strategy, succession planning, and organizational capability.
• Lead continual improvement through metrics and service maturity.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Support customer assurance, audits and regulatory commitments.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
