Job summary

Lincoln Savings Bank is seeking a Manager of Credit Administration to oversee the credit administration function within our lending activities. The role ensures credit process integrity, regulatory compliance, and supports the overall credit risk framework.

The candidate will lead and train staff, monitor portfolio quality, and collaborate with business, credit, and data partners to design reporting and risk assessment tools. Strong leadership and banking system experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit administration, commercial lending, or credit risk management.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in banking systems DNA and Abrigo Sageworks and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit administration processes, providing guidance, training, and performance management as necessary.
• Monitor credit quality and portfolio performance, identifying trends and potential risks including advising regarding dynamic concentration targets.
• Maintain and enhance credit policies, procedures, and systems to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to credit administration.
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation for loan exceptions, covenant tracking, risk rating maintenance, and collateral management.
• Lead credit analyst projects to prepare for stress testing and CECL reserve estimates.
• Develops and calibrates credit risk rating scorecards using a variety of risk factors and weightings to appropriately rank order the loan portfolio within various loan and collateral types.
• Works with business, credit, and data partners to design, develop, and monitor test designs and analytical reporting to track and enhance strategies.
• Designs / enhances standard reporting suites for regular product / portfolio reviews.
• Support strategic initiatives and projects related to credit risk and portfolio management.
