Job summary

NewWorld is seeking a Strategy Director to lead Creator Command Centers for mission-driven clients. You’ll oversee centers from launch through final reporting, manage scope, budgets, timelines, and quality, and step in on high-stakes moments.

You’ll hire and develop Strategy Directors, staff centers, and coordinate with heads of strategies, program leadership, and insights to turn results into proposals and sharpen audience-driven planning for future engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic communications or client leadership
• Experience leading multiple engagements and teams
• Experience building repeatable service models or practice
• Calm, clear judgment under pressure

Responsibilities

• Oversee every active Creator Command Center, from launch through final reporting
• Hold each engagement to its scope, budget, timeline, and quality bar
• Step in on high-stakes moments, client escalations, and fast-moving news
• Serve as the senior client partner on our most important engagements
• Hire, manage, and develop the Strategy Directors who lead each command center
• Staff each command center from the shared team of designers, project managers, and production staff
• Manage partner agencies, creator networks, and vendors across engagements
• Build and refine the command center model, including scoping, onboarding, workflows, and reporting
• Turn results into case studies and proposals with the Senior Program Director
• Bring audience research and performance data into how every engagement is planned and measured
