The Role

We’re seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead the creative vision behind the campaigns that fuel our clients’ growth. This role is part strategist, part creative director, and part team leader. You’ll be responsible for connecting data with creative direction, leading the ideation process, and collaborating across departments to drive performance through scroll-stopping content.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Lilo’s creative strategy frameworks and processes for paid social and UGC
  • Lead and mentor a team of creative strategists, copywriters, and content creators
  • Develop quarterly and monthly creative strategies for client accounts in partnership with creative strategists, media buyers and account leads
  • Lead creative strategy when onboarding new clients
  • Develop a consistent creative reporting process that includes actionable insights, next steps, and scalable growth
  • Oversee capacity across the team and what is needed for each account
  • Turn performance data into actionable creative insights, hooks, and new concepts
  • Oversee the creation of briefs for design, video, and UGC production teams
  • Push innovation in concepting, storytelling, and channel-specific formats
  • Present creative strategies and performance insights to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Stay on the pulse of DTC trends, platform updates, and content best practices

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, or brand marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record scaling creative strategies that drive results for eCommerce brands
  • Deep understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), UGC, and direct response frameworks
  • Creative thinker with a strategic, analytical mindset—you balance data with instinct
  • Skilled in storytelling, scripting, copy direction, and content hierarchy
  • A leader who inspires teams, manages timelines, and drives creative excellence
