What you'll do...
  • Creative brief development for campaigns spanning the entire marketing funnel

  • Collaboration with creative teams throughout the creative process from brief, to planning, and into production

  • Distillation of main insights from qualitative and quantitative research, and past campaign performance in partnership with the Consumer Insights team

  • Develop clear communications plans that align messages, media, and audiences

  • Establish collaborative relationships across the Creative Studio and our partners

  • Challenge the status quo in the spirit of delivering creative that inspires connection and action

  • Be curious. Re-frame existing challenges in a new light that creates whitespace for ideas and activations.

What you'll bring...
  • 5+ years of Creative Strategy and Comms Planning experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative agency

  • Experience catalyzing the creative process by explaining clear and unexpected customer insights in tight creative briefs

  • Experience working with creative teams from briefing, conception and into production, taking ownership of the work at every step of the process

  • Experienced researcher and analyst comfortable with a variety of quantitative and qualitative inputs and accomplished at identifying what is most relevant for creatives

  • Experienced pitch presenter; can lead both internal and external meetings, with mid- to senior-level partners and colleagues

  • Have experience with how to connect our goals and brand objectives to clear measurements.

  • Can translate campaign results into applicable insights and future optimizations across creative and comms planning

  • Experience with the media landscape, can be a partner to our in-house and external agency media teams

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
