This in-office role requires a proven track record in beauty or wellness video content and a portfolio of real results.

Qualifications

> 2+ years creating short-form video for social media.
> Proven portfolio of TikTok and Instagram Reels with real results.
> Expertise in CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects; hands-on with AI tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney and ElevenLabs.
> Understanding of medical advertising and clear labeling of AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

> Create content for our done-for-you clients using AI software and tools, then publish across all channels.
<Turn before-and-afters into high-performing videos: hooks, transitions, music, captions and trends>
<Create fresh content from scratch for practices with few cases: educational, trend and brand videos>
<Set the creative standard and evaluate what works vs. what doesn’t, adjusting strategy accordingly>
<Track views, saves, follows and leads; amplify winners and report results>
<Provide feedback to shape product AI video creation>
<Collaborate closely with managers in the Miami office>
