Job summary

Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sponsorship & Development to lead and grow our corporate sponsorship program and support the annual campaign. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding sponsorship revenue, and aligning sponsors with events and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, capable of creating structured sponsorship programs, and actively involved in frontline fundraising and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or related field.
• Proven success in securing sponsorships, partnerships, or revenue-generating relationships.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and annual campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage a comprehensive corporate sponsorship strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate sponsors and partners.
• Strengthen relationships with existing corporate sponsors to increase retention and revenue.
• Develop sponsorship packages, proposals, and recognition opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sponsorship opportunities with events, programs, and initiatives.
• Track and analyze sponsorship performance, pipeline, and revenue growth.
• Serve as an active member of the development team supporting the annual campaign.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and/or individual donors as part of campaign efforts.
• Assist with donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Partner with leadership and volunteer solicitors to advance campaign goals.
• Support campaign events, communications, and engagement strategies.
• Represent the organization in the community, building visibility and relationships with business leaders.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including board members and volunteers.
• Attend and support organizational events, sponsorship activations, and donor engagements.
• Establish processes and structure for a sponsorship program that currently needs expansion and focus.
• Maintain accurate records of sponsor engagement and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports on sponsorship revenue, trends, and opportunities.
