Job summary

At Home Group Inc. seeks a Sr. Director Central Planning to lead corporate and centralized planning, inventory analytics, and cross-functional process improvements.

This executive will drive data-driven insights to optimize performance, plan and allocate resources, and collaborate with the C-suite to shape strategy and growth. The role emphasizes forecasting, analytics, and leadership of a Planning & Analytics team, with responsibility for enterprise-wide initiatives and end-to-end inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/advanced preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate planning, analytics, or related field in retail/consumer goods.
• 5+ years in leadership role managing cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong forecast, planning, and business strategy experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning process, annual operating plans, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish centralized analytics, reporting dashboards across business units.
• Oversee clearance, promo, assortment lifecycle, and inventory optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations; report to senior leadership.
• Develop and mentor Planning & Analytics teams while driving continuous improvement.
