Job summary

WACIF seeks a Managing Director, Corporate Communications & Marketing to lead organization-wide communications, marketing, brand, and storytelling strategy. The role reports to the CEO and guides internal communications, executive messaging, media relations, and strategic brand leadership to advance WACIF’s mission and engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, marketing, or brand management.
• Proven experience advising CEOs and senior leaders on communications and crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organization-wide corporate communications strategy across internal, external, executive, and crisis channels.
• Lead internal communications to align priorities, decisions, milestones, and changes with employees.
• Collaborate with CEO and Executive Team to ensure timely, high-quality messaging and reputation management.
• Manage executive communications, including speeches, talking points, and major announcements.
• Oversee media relations and risk/crisis communications; protect and enhance WACIF’s reputation.
