• Experience developing strategic communications plans for senior leaders.
• Experience leading a communications team and talent development.
• Ability to partner with executives and respectfully challenge decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the communications function by setting vision and priorities, establishing an operating model, and managing and developing talent to maximize potential.
• Establish and advance partnerships across KES business units and influence strategy and culture.
• Identify strategic priorities and develop plans and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Deliver strategic counsel to stakeholders and teams with humility and openness.
• Drive operational excellence by organizing people and resources around the work.
