Job summary

You will drive strategy, standardization, and development of automation controls across our global organization, building modular, scalable solutions and guiding senior engineers.

As a technical and organizational leader, you will foster engineering excellence, oversee pilots, and collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Systems Engineering to advance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in controls engineering or related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams in a technical management role.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA; Siemens platforms and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Controls Engineers.
• Support and execute the controls engineering strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Drive development, standardization, and commercialization of controls platforms.
• Collaborate with global engineering organizations to align controls architecture and productization.
• Guide the evaluation of new automation technologies for current and future solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance for controls software.
• Provide technical leadership for pilot implementations and customer deployments.
• Foster continuous improvement in engineering processes and capabilities.
