Job summary

Hercules seeks a Head of Content to scale content production across social, paid media, SEO, and the Blog. You will own all content production at Hercules and lead a team of ~10 full-time employees + contractors.

You will set content standards, own marketing messaging, and oversee written, image, and video content for paid and organic channels. In-office in SF preferred; US-wide remote considered for exceptional candidates.

• Proven track record leading a content team at scale.
• Strong command of written content across blog, social, and ads.
• Experience optimizing content for SEO and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own all content production at Hercules across channels.
• Lead a team of ~10 FTEs + contractors.
• Enforce content standards and raise quality bar.
• Define marketing messaging and channel priorities.
• Oversee written, image, and video content for paid and organic.
• Hire and manage writers, editors, and designers.
