Job summary

SpinQuest is seeking a Head of Content to lead the content strategy and publishing voice for a remote-first team with regular travel to Las Vegas. You will own formats from documentaries to game shows, shaping the creative direction and production processes in partnership with founders and leadership.

You will drive weekly ideation, publishing calendars, and scalable workflows while ensuring content remains authentic to the SpinQuest community. Travel to Las Vegas is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content, media, or creative strategy.
• 3+ years in a senior creative or content strategy role at a creator-led company.
• Experience developing original formats and recurring series.
• Ability to publish with a biweekly long-form and daily short-form cadence.
• Strong judgment on sound, pacing, editing, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly ideation with founders for formats and series concepts.
• Own programming slate across documentaries, game shows, and long-form videos.
• Develop concepts with briefs and proposed budgets for founder approval.
• Partner with Head of Producer and UA for paid creative alignment.
• Shape SpinQuest's brand voice through authentic storytelling.
