Pairs is seeking a talented and strategic Head of Content to transform raw business insights, founder interviews, and investor discussions into high-quality content across multiple platforms. The company operates a global network of family offices, institutional investors, venture capitalists, and angel investors, providing access to carefully screened investment opportunities.

The successful candidate will own the content strategy, manage the publishing calendar, and create engaging articles, newsletters, social media posts, and video content. This role requires strong storytelling ability, excellent writing skills, and the ability to identify valuable insights from complex source materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar, including planning what content is published, on which platform, and in the appropriate brand voice.
• Write and edit articles, newsletters, social media posts, and other content assets to a high publishing standard.
• Transform founder and investor interviews into engaging clips, quotes, and stories.
• Maintain a consistent weekly content publishing schedule and track audience engagement.
• Collaborate with brand and design teams to ensure content aligns with company standards.
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement among founders and investors.
• Work directly with company co-founders to develop impactful content strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing content for a recognized brand, publication, or company with a consistent publishing schedule.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to turn raw transcripts into polished articles.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video content from longer recordings.
• Ability to identify compelling stories and insights from complex information.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers and brand teams while maintaining content quality.
• Experience using AI tools effectively to improve productivity and content quality.
• Familiarity with the founder, startup, venture capital, or investment ecosystem is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Content strategy, editorial planning, and digital publishing.
• Strong knowledge of Business storytelling, copywriting, and audience engagement.
• Strong knowledge of AI-assisted content creation, social media platforms, and video editing workflows.
