Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop, and manage a field-based team of Consignment Account Managers.
Set team goals and drive accountability for service, inventory management, and compliance.
Partner with Sales, Field Inventory Operations, Contracts, Customer Service, and Finance.
Monitor team performance metrics and drive improvements.
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention for CAMs.
Ensure compliance with policies, inventory procedures, quality, and regulatory expectations.
Travel regularly to support field personnel and participate in meetings.
