Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking a Customer Account Manager to focus on analysis and management of consignment product within customer accounts. You will collaborate with sales teams and customers to ensure accurate reporting and efficient handling of consignment processes.

The role requires traveling to customer sites, scanning inventory, and obtaining purchase orders for consigned items. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1–2 years of customer service or account

• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Scan customer consignment inventory.
• Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer.
• Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales.
• Travel to customer accounts to ensure accurate scanning of consigned products and take action as needed.
