BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a Customer Account Manager to analyze and manage consignment product within customer accounts. The role collaborates with sales and customers to ensure accurate consignment reporting and resolution of variances.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, 1–2 years in customer service or account management, and are willing to travel 85–90% to customer locations. On-site, Tempe HQ presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a customer facing, Sales or Account Management role.

Responsibilities

• Scan customer consignment inventory.
• Obtain POs for consignment used by the customer.
• Maintain consignment reporting for Field Inventory and Sales.
• Travel to customer accounts to ensure accurate scanning and coordinate consignment activities.
