Job summary

IonQ in Louisville, Colorado is seeking a Manager of Component Test & Infrastructure to lead hardware verification and test programs for Capella. You will guide teams across aerospace-grade hardware testing, automation, and instrumentation, ensuring robust verification across systems.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with automated test equipment, data acquisition, and a track record of delivering reliable test infrastructures within complex hardware programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience leading engineering teams in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience developing and executing hardware verification and acceptance test programs.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex hardware and test systems.
