An established health agency in Kentucky is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to oversee compliance processes and manage a dedicated compliance team. The role entails ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and supervising medication administration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, as well as strong supervisory skills. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a commitment to the agency's mission.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and medication administration.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the Medicaid SCL waiver program.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise members of the Compliance team and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Conduct audits of medication and compliance tracking documents.
• Monitor HRST online portal for medication information accuracy.
