A leading company in financial services is seeking a Compliance Partnerships Program Lead to manage relationships with partner banks and oversee compliance risk management. You will lead Block’s Compliance Partnerships Program, reporting to the Head of Business Product Compliance and Partnerships. You will be responsible for maintaining strong, cohesive relationships with partner banks and strategic partners from a compliance perspective, overseeing compliance risk management of third-party vendors. You will lead a team, develop the program strategy, oversee engagements with current and potential partners, and drive compliance initiatives with company-wide impact. You will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance, and counsel teams to advance the compliance program, focusing on partner and program risk and due diligence.
