Block, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead the Cash App Investing compliance program. You will partner with leadership across product, engineering, legal, risk, and operations to ensure regulatory outcomes and responsible growth.

You will drive supervisory controls, review processes, and regulator communications while developing a high-performing compliance team with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA and SEC requirements for broker-dealers.
• Experience in senior compliance leadership and regulator interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mature the compliance program for investing business.
• Oversee regulatory exams, inquiries, and remediation efforts.
• Advise product, engineering, operations and legal teams on regulated activities.
• Develop reporting for executives, boards, and governance forums.
• Lead a compliance team with clear ownership.
