• Experience with global regulatory agencies (FDA, Health Canada, COFEPRIS, ANVISA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Quality function for the Americas with focus on compliance and supplier quality.
• Partner with Americas Commercial and Customer Service to define quality plans and ensure compliant operations.
• Oversee distributor quality program, including qualification, audits, and Quality Agreements.
• Manage field action process execution oversight for the Americas and communicate with customers and distributors.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and notified bodies (FDA, Health Canada, COFEPRIS, ANVISA) as needed.
• Drive SOP approvals, Change Control and CAPA/Non-Conformance in collaboration with multiple functions.
