Job summary

Formica Group North America seeks a Director of Commercial Operations to lead customer-facing operations and drive sales efficiency, customer service excellence, and data-driven decision making. This role reports to the Vice President Sales and oversees Inside Sales and Customer Service, partnering with Manufacturing, Marketing, and Finance to power a high-performing sales organization.

• Experience leading customer service and inside sales teams.
• Proven ability to build and optimize a commercial tech stack.
• Strong analytics and KPI-driven management.
• Ability to collaborate across functions (Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance).
• Experience with S&OP and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service to achieve high satisfaction with KPI measurements.
• Develop inside sales team and align with field sales.
• Oversee CRM/ERP/CDP deployment and data governance.
• Produce commercial analytics and dashboards for leadership.
• Drive sales strategy, budgeting, and policy development.
