Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Director or Senior Director, Collective Investment Fund Operations in Phoenix, AZ to own the end-to-end CIT/CIF platform, including NAV support, fund accounting oversight, and trading and settlement. You will build a scalable operating model and oversee client onboarding and service-provider relationships.

The role emphasizes process improvements, risk and controls, and collaboration with custodians, trustees, and sub-advisors to support growth and client confidence.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in fund accounting or investment fund operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Deep knowledge of CIT/CIF operating models
• Experience supporting audits, financial statements, transfer agency operations
• Strong knowledge of ERISA-related operational requirements and related governance frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across the CIT/CIF platform, including NAV support, fund accounting oversight, capital activity, and trading/settlement.
• Lead onboarding of new clients, funds, sub-advisors, and platforms; coordinate requirements to support launches.
• Build and manage service-provider partnerships with custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, trustees, and sub-advisors.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and introduce automation while preserving accuracy.
• Serve as senior escalation point for clients and prospects; guide issues toward resolution.
• Oversee validation of performance returns, expense ratios, turnover calculations, and support annual audits and Form 5500 reporting.
• Embed risk awareness to ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, IRS and fiduciary governance standards
