Postman, Inc. is seeking an experienced Head of Infrastructure to lead a distributed team responsible for cloud-agnostic infrastructure and reliability across our platform.

You will own the SRE function, drive architectural improvements, and collaborate with platform, security, and product engineering to enable thousands of services to move fast with confidence. You will steer a roadmap balancing reliability with strategic investments, mentor engineers across regions, and champion best practices

Formación

• 15+ years in infrastructure, platform, or SRE with 7+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Cluster API, Argo, Helm, Crossplane in large-scale prod.
• Experience with service mesh Istio.
• Deep AWS and Azure cloud experience.
• Leading an SRE function incl on-call, incident management, SLOs, budgets.
• Cloud-agnostic infra design enabling autonomous teams.
• Experience supporting a large engineering org with many services.
• Excellent communication translating infra topics to all audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a geographically distributed team across SF Bay Area, India, and Europe.
• Uphold a culture of respect, integrity, inclusion, ownership and accountability.
• Set goals and provide regular feedback to align with vision.
• Build a high-performing team to operate cloud-agnostic infra at scale.
• Foster cross-region collaboration across time zones.
• Own architecture and evolution of cloud-agnostic infra for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Lead design across Kubernetes, Cluster API, Argo, Helm, Crossplane, Istio, AWS, Azure.
• Own SRE end-to-end: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, incident mgmt.
• Set technical direction for infra to support a large engineering org.
• Partner with platform, security, and product eng to align goals.
• Ensure GitOps, CI/CD, observability, on-call, and incident response.
