Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Clinical Operations to architect and scale Eternal's clinical infrastructure. This person will be the driving force behind our ability to deliver exceptional longevity and performance medicine at scale. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll build the systems, processes, and teams that enable our clinical teams to provide outstanding care to our members. As Head of Clinical Operations, you'll be at the intersection of medicine and technology, working alongside our Chief Medical Officer, product teams, and engineers to create an innovative care delivery platform. As we are at an early stage, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our clinical operations and define how we scale remarkable care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design new clinical care protocols in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer
• Build and optimize scalable systems for delivering remarkable care via telemedicine and in-person clinics
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state healthcare regulations
• Manage clinical team credentialing, licensing, and privileging processes
• Work cross-functionally with medical, product, and engineering teams to design and implement clinical tools and workflows
• Establish and manage relationships with diagnostic labs, imaging centers, and pharmacy networks
• Optimize clinical documentation processes and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Build and scale a high-performing clinical team to ensure adequate coverage for care delivery
• Manage and track budget for clinical programs to generate reports for the executive team
• Develop training programs and quality standards for clinical staff
• Foster a culture of exceptional member care and evidence-based practice

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations leadership at a health-tech company
• Proven track record of building and scaling clinical teams
• Extensive experience with healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensing requirements
• Strong background in clinical product development and cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of telemedicine platforms and healthcare technology infrastructure
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with labs, imaging networks, and pharmacies
• Excellence in project management and end-to-end execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical background (RN, NP, PA, or similar) preferred but not required
• Experience in longevity medicine, functional medicine, or performance health
• Start-up or high-growth company experience

Compensation:
