Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead GPSC’s annual client engagement strategy and calendar with GPSC leadership, IC and Private Wealth teams.
• Coordinate GPSC’s client coverage framework across the investment team and centralized client teams.
• Maintain a consolidated view of client priorities and ensure planning and follow‑through.
• Coordinate input for client engagement across written communications, virtual and in‑person meetings.
• Develop playbooks for client preparation, engagement, materials and follow‑up.
• Lead planning for GPSC’s client content and reporting calendar (updates, commentary, market views).
• Coordinate inputs to ensure materials reflect GPSC strategies and firm policies.
• Drive execution of client, fundraising and product initiatives with clear plans and timelines.
• Mentor GPSC client servicing team and align with investment activities and product priorities.
• Improve operating processes and leverage technology for client activities.
