Hope Media Group seeks a Head of Music & Streaming Content to lead the overall music and content strategy for its Next Digital Product. This role shapes sound, playlist philosophy, and listener experience, guiding contractors and the Director of Digital Audio Streams.

You will oversee editorial frameworks, programming standards, and taxonomy while collaborating with product engineering to realize a cohesive vision and ministry impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Communications, Media, or related field or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in music programming, editorial, or content strategy for streaming/radio.
• Experience directing contractors or a small team with budget and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own content strategy and sound direction for the Next Digital Product.
• Set programming standards and taxonomy for mood, genre, and activity attributes.
• Lead and develop the Director of Digital Audio Streams and contract resources.
• Represent Hope Media Group in the Christian music industry and evangelism efforts.
