Job summary

Sashco, a leader in caulks, stains, and sealants, seeks a Head of R&D to drive innovation and cost-effective growth from its Thornton, CO facility. You will shape the R&D strategy, mentor the team, coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Finance, and push for excellence across product performance.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Chemistry or related field with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior leadership roles and a track record of delivering strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D function and align with Marketing, Production, Sales, and Finance.
• Develop the strategic plan for the R&D team and lead technology and product innovations.
• Provide technical direction and oversight for projects and staff.
• Advocate new technologies and system improvements to boost efficiency and staff satisfaction.
