Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand seeking a Director of Operations, Wholesale & Retail to own the operational infrastructure powering Lola's wholesale, bulk/corporate, and retail sales channels. This player-coach role will professionalize the wholesale foundation, build bulk/corporate gifting, and partner with the commercial leadership across all off-DTC revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in channel operations, wholesale/retail operations, and/or commercial enablement at a DTC-first brand.
• Deep familiarity with wholesale ops: EDI, retailer compliance, routing guides, chargebacks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end operational execution of Lola's wholesale accounts; ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.
• Partner with 3PLs to expand capabilities, forecast demand, ensure compliance, and improve margins.
• Build and codify wholesale processes and infrastructure for consistency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide operational input on account growth, costs, and commitments with the commercial team.
• Direct the Channel Operations manager to professionalize day-to-day wholesale execution.
