Job summary

Lola Blankets seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to build world-class import and transportation capabilities. You will own the product's journey from ex-factory to in-stock, rebuild the inbound network, and establish strong relationships with freight forwarders and warehouses.

The role partners with Finance, Production, and Planning to ensure compliant, cost-efficient operations. Based in New York or Utah, this hybrid position requires 6+ years in international logistics and a track record

Qualifications

• 6+ years in international logistics or import operations.
• Experience building or rebuilding an import and inbound logistics function from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of US customs: ISF, entries, HTS, bonds and duty.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Lola's inbound transportation network and processes from ex-factory to warehouse dock.
• Define port strategy and routing for each Lola warehouse.
• Establish and maintain forwarder relationships; manage scorecards and escalations.
• Own importer-of-record compliance, HTS classifications, and duty accuracy.
• Own inbound playbook, shipment visibility, and auditable records.
