You will shape the future state through automation, partnering with operations, technology, and client service leaders to deliver scalable, high‑quality certificates for a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Insurance required or equivalent.
• Experience in insurance operations, shared services, or enterprise process management.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership overseeing certificate processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for proof of insurance issuance and establish governance frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee adherence to state, carrier, and regulatory requirements and maintain audit trails.
