Concurrent Financial Advisors is seeking a Director, Central Planning in Dallas, TX. This senior paraplanning and advisor-support role delivers comprehensive financial planning analysis, strategy support, and planning execution for the firm and its clients.

The role is a centralized planning resource within the Operations department, scaling advisor practices through high-quality planning support. Responsibilities include advanced planning analysis, retirement and tax-aware planning, education

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or advisor support environments within an RIA or wealth management firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, business administration, or related field.
• CFP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and paraplanning support to Financial Advisors and planning teams across a broad range of client planning needs and complexities.
• Support delivery of financial planning services following CFP Board’s process, including understanding client circumstances, goals, analysis, recommendations, and implementation coordination.
• Prepare financial plans, investment analyses, retirement projections, tax-aware planning analyses, and estate planning summaries.
• Construct and maintain planning scenarios using approved planning software and firm workflows.
• Support advisors in preparing for client meetings through planning analysis and case preparation.
• Mentor and support planning team members and advance planning knowledge.
